- Portfolio rights: We may showcase your project (with your permission) in our portfolio
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms include:
- Initial deposit required before project commencement

- Final payment due upon project completion and acceptance
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the project agreement
Warranties and Disclaimers
EOSVN provides services with professional care and skill. However:
- Services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for third-party service failures or interruptions
- Client is responsible for testing and accepting deliverables
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOSVN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- EOSVN will deliver all completed work to date
- Both parties will return or destroy confidential information
- Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
